Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the website corii.ch. The contractual partner is G. Neuenschwander Söhne AG, Industriestrasse 4, 3672 Oberdiessbach, hi@corii.ch.
2. Contract Formation
By placing an order, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation via email.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are quoted in CHF, excluding VAT. Shipping costs: CHF 4.00 within Switzerland, CHF 11.00 abroad. Shipping costs will be displayed during the order process.
4. Payment
We accept credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna. Payment is due upon order.
5. Delivery
We deliver worldwide. Delivery times: 4-5 business days.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you received the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by email at hi@corii.ch before the deadline expires.
In the event of a valid revocation, we will refund the purchase price to you. You bear the costs of the return shipment. The goods must be returned immediately and no later than within 14 days to:

We will refund the purchase price as soon as we have received the goods. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.
7. Warranty
Returns are accepted only for proven defects. Leather is a natural material; therefore, natural characteristics such as scars, differences in structure, and color variations are not considered defects. Similarly, any discrepancies between samples and delivered leather that arise from the material's natural properties are not considered defects.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
9. Liability
We are not liable for slight negligence, except in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Oberdiessbach, Switzerland.
